Appointment Reservations

Appointments may require a valid credit card on file or a deposit at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

Cancellation Notice

We respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee.

Late Cancellation & No-Show Policy

The following fees may apply:

• Less than 24 hours’ notice: up to 50% of the scheduled service cost
• Same-day cancellation or no-show: up to 100% of the scheduled service cost
• Packages/Memberships: clients may forfeit a session in place of a fee

Late Arrival

If you arrive late:

• Your appointment may be shortened to accommodate the next client.
• Full service fees may still apply.
• If arrival is significantly delayed, the appointment may be considered a no-show.

Deposits

• Certain services may require a non-refundable deposit.
• Deposits may be applied toward your treatment total when the appointment is completed.
• If you cancel within the required notice period, deposits may be transferred to a future appointment.

Package & Membership Appointments

Appointments booked using packages or memberships are subject to the same cancellation policies. Missed appointments may result in the loss of the session.

Illness & Emergencies

We understand that emergencies and illness occur. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate reasonable situations with flexibility.

Right to Refuse Service

Fade and Flourish reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if:

• A client arrives intoxicated or impaired
• Medical contraindications are present
• Policies are repeatedly violated
• Staff safety or comfort is compromised

Agreement

By booking an appointment with Fade and Flourish, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation & Appointment Policy.
