Payment & Financing Policy
At Fade and Flourish, we aim to keep pricing and policies clear, simple, and fair. This page explains deposits, payment methods, packages, refunds, financing options, and billing practices.

Accepted Payment Methods
We may accept the following methods of payment:
- Major credit/debit cards
- HSA/FSA cards (where eligible; client is responsible for eligibility confirmation)
- Digital wallet payments (where available)
- Gift cards (if offered)
Card on File & Deposits
To reserve appointments, we may require a valid credit card on file and/or a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits help secure your time and reduce last-minute cancellations.
- Some services may require a non-refundable deposit.
- Deposits may be applied toward your treatment total when the appointment is completed.
- Deposits may be transferable to a future appointment when cancellation notice requirements are met (see Cancellation Policy).
Service Pricing
Prices are listed on our website or booking platform and may change without notice. The price in effect at the time of booking is typically honored for that appointment unless a clear error occurs.
- Promotions may have limitations, expiration dates, and may not be combined unless stated.
- Additional services or upgrades added during the visit may increase the total.
Packages, Prepaid Series & Memberships
Packages and prepaid series are a great way to commit to results and save. All packages are subject to the following terms unless otherwise stated in writing:
- Packages may be non-refundable once purchased.
- Packages may be non-transferable and may not be shared with other individuals.
- Sessions may have an expiration date (for example, 6–12 months from purchase).
- Missed appointments may result in session forfeiture (see Cancellation Policy).
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of aesthetic services and reserved appointment time:
- Services rendered are non-refundable.
- Deposits may be non-refundable as described above.
- Prepaid packages may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us promptly so we can review and resolve the issue.
Financing Options
We may offer third-party financing options for eligible clients. Financing is provided by an independent third-party lender, and approval, terms, interest rates, and payment schedules are determined by that provider.
- Fade and Flourish does not control approval decisions or financing terms.
- All financing payments, disputes, and questions must be handled with the financing provider.
- Financing does not change our cancellation, no-show, or refund policies.
Chargebacks & Billing Disputes
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first. We are committed to fair resolution. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution and may result in restrictions on future bookings.
- We document appointments, signed consents, and service delivery.
- Chargebacks may be challenged with supporting documentation.
Tips & Gratuity
Tips are appreciated but never required. If gratuity is accepted, it is at your discretion.
Sales Tax
Applicable taxes may be added where required (for example, certain retail products).
Receipts & Records
Receipts are provided electronically or in-person. Please retain your receipts for your records, especially if using HSA/FSA or financing.
